What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their jewellery. If this isn't the case, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please contact us to start the return process.

NOTE: sale items are not eligible for refunds and all sale orders are final.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Our sterling silver jewellery pieces are waterproof. The stainless steel pieces are water resistant. We would recommend keeping them dry to avoid tarnishing over time. Specific information on the material can be found in the product description.

When will I get my order?

All our jewellery is currently available on a pre-order basis. Orders will take 5-7 days to dispatch. Once dispatched, UK delivery will take 2-3 days. International orders will take 10-15 days.

What material is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is made using high quality materials which include real sterling silver, gold plating (14k or 18k) and stainless steel. The material for each jewellery piece is mentioned in the product description.
