Materials
Our jewellery is made using high quality materials which include real sterling silver, gold plating (14k or 18k) and stainless steel. The material for each jewellery piece is mentioned in the description.
Jewellery Care Guidelines
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
- Remove jewellery before showering,, or exercising
- Store pieces in the jewellery pouch which comes with in your package
- Keep items separate to prevent scratching or tangling
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth after wear
Return and Refunds
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. Please note we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once the returned jewellery has been checked. Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and you will be issued a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
All our jewellery items are currently available on a pre-order basis. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
We offer Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery for all UK orders. For international orders, the delivery timeframe will be 10-15 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers but we will chase this up with the courier should this happen.
International orders may occur customs duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Incorrect Address
Please contact us straight away if you have noticed the address was entered incorrectly by yourself.
No refunds will be given if the address was entered incorrectly and your order has already been dispatched.
